*Jaden first school field trip*

Jaden's first pre school field trip was to a cute little pumpkin patch farm! We had so much fun riding on a tractor, feeding farm animals, and jumping in the bounce house. The kids got to take home their own pumpkin too!

*Jaden's 4th Birthday*

Do I really have a four year old?!? I was watching Jaden's birth video the other night and it brought tears to my eyes that it's already been four years since he made me a mommy! There is so much to say about Jaden I'm not sure where to start. He is very smart, the things that come out of his mouth amaze me every day, and this boy of mine LOVES LOVES LOVES trains haha still. He can write his own name and is a pretty good big brother (the times he is actually nice to Eli). Jaden is about 28lbs (little guy) and 37 inches ( we are hoping for a growth spurt in height). Wears 2t/3t clothes and is fully 100% day/night potty trained. Loves pre school, hates washing his hair, loves to go to the park, loves his best friend Matt, and loves to sing Daniel Tiger songs/primary songs. 

We had a big birthday party yesterday for him, so that will be the next post. I love you Jaden more than words and thank my Heavenly Father every day for you. Happy Birthday sweetheart, and here is to another year full of adventures with you!!

*Third Lake Powell Trip*

Again this is a very late post and out of order, but just had to get it on the blog before the end of the year haha. Anyways, we ended the summer with our final Lake Powell trip at the begining of September for Labor Day weekend. We again went with my family and had a super fun time. We will miss Lake Powell till next summer!

*Jaden's first soccer game*

Holy smokes my baby is growing up too fast! Jaden had his first soccer game (sporting event) today. We were not sure how he was going to play, since he has never done any sports before but let me tell you he is a natural!! Pretty sure he might of been the best on his team and scored like ten goals. So proud of my little #7 soccer player, I think we have a future David Beckham on our hands :)

His team name is "The Bumblebees"!!

*Minnesota Trip*

I made it back to my home state of Minnesota for my once a year visit to my BFF of 21 years Nicole! We had a week of laughing, fun with our crazy kids, and a shopping day just her and I with NO kids (it was amazing)!! Getting out of the heat was also a real treat, and actually wearing pants, sweatshirts and boots was super exciting to me (if you live in a hot place you know what I mean). I have very few friends, and the ones I do have I try to give them my all. It's rare to keep a friend that you met so young and moved hundreds of miles away from. However, Nicole and I have done it and our friendship only gets better with each passing year. I can't wait for her visit out to Arizona hopefully sometime next year.

Our day out with NO kids was amazing! We got a babysitter for the whole day and just enjoyed being able to shop in peace. We have not hung out just us two since we had kids, so this was much deserved. (PS: I'm drinking hot apple cider lol, not coffee).
