*Seven Years Wedding Anniversary*

Seven years of marriage, eight years together, and two baby boys later, I think enough said hahaha no jk. This year we debated weather to go all out for our anniversary or keep it low key, well all out won! I asked my parents a couple weeks in advance if they could watch the kids while we went away for the weekend and of course they said yes!

To start out the weekend on Friday we decided to take a much needed trip to the Temple. The Gilbert, Temple happened to be closed for maintenance so we went to the Mesa, Temple (which was the one we were married in seven years ago)! Oh how amazing you feel after a good Temple session and the love that it rekindles in your marriage. I could not imagine not being with my sweetheart forever, and am so glad we were able to be sealed for time and all eternity.

It's so blasted hot here in AZ that we wanted to go where it was somewhat cooler, and lucky for us just an hour and a half away is Payson where it's about 30-40 degrees cooler (for that reason I love AZ). So we packed up Saturday morning, said goodbye to the kids and off we went. We got to Payson around lunch time so had a nice lunch, then checked into our hotel and relaxed a little before we headed up to the Mountain Spa for our couples massages. Before the massages we took a dip in the pool and jacuzzi which was lots of fun. The massages were absolutely amazing, and something I desperately needed, especially for my poor lower back. After massages we went back to our hotel to clean up and get ready for dinner. Now Payson doesn't have a lot of fine dining because it's such a small town so we went to the local Chili's and had a good old American dinner. We ate dinner, then back to our hotel for a relaxing night together just the two of us.
The next day we woke up 8:00 am (which is sleeping in for us, I know lame right haha)?! Had a super yummy breakfast, checked out of our hotel, then drove up the mountain to go mountain bike riding. It ended up raining and hailing so we just did a super short bike ride. After bike riding it was back home we went to our babes. All in all it was an amazing weekend with the love of my forever, and I can't wait to see what another year of marriage brings us!

*Jaden's first day of pre-school*

Well the first day of my baby's last year in pre-school has come! I truly can't believe he will be in kindergarden next year, makes me feel old and sad haha. I have loved every moment of him being in pre-school, and think it's worth every dime for all that he has learned and will continue to learn. He will be more than prepared and ready for the big school adventure ahead of him and it's all thanks to his amazing teacher Mrs. Hope!!

*Honeymoon*

Josh and I went on a wonderful honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico for 8 day 7 nights in an all inclusive resort. We had a blast from relaxing on the beach, swimming with the dolphins, snorkeling, all the way to taking a tour to the Chichen-itza Pyramids (that was Josh's favorite). All and all it was a very fun and romantic honeymoon and we owe it all to my new in-laws for making it possible!
