I am super behind on blogging about our summer vacations, mainly because all my pictures are on my new camera, and well if it's not at the click of my phone it pretty much won't happen for a long time haha. Also our computers are ancient and have no more room to upload the huge picture files, so I have to use Josh's work laptop which of course I don't get till night time and then I'm too tired.
Anyways enough excuses, I'm doing it now and that's what counts. I'm going to just pour on every picture I have from my camera, so there are going to be multiple blog posts with TONS of pictures, but hey who doesn't love a good post to read!
So we started out our first summer vacation with Josh's family back in June at Lake Powell. This year his parent's bought a time share with some other friend's on a houseboat so we were all super excited for that. Of course with being excited I was also super anxious about it because little toddlers and house boats don't mix well together. You really have to watch them every single second and that can be a bit stressful since there were a lot of people on the boat. However, Everything turned out fine and we of course are all safe and had a great time.

We were on the boat for an entire week so lots of fun in the sun and playing in the water. We arrived late on a Monday night and slept on the boat at the marina. The next day we set out on the open water in search of a nice spot to park the boat for the week. So we found a nice spot, got all settled in and started our houseboat vacation.

Powell so much, and am now on to blog about the second Lake Powell trip
we took a few short weeks later with my family!
